1. Agreement
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Peemoti for the use of our EPUB metadata editor application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. License Grant
Peemoti grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes, subject to this EULA.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all related intellectual property rights are and shall remain the exclusive property of Peemoti. This EULA does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights in respect to the App.
5. User Content
The App allows you to select and edit EPUB files stored on your device. You retain full ownership of your files. We do not access, collect, or store any of your content. All editing is performed locally on your device.
6. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting. By using the App, you agree to Google's data collection practices as described in their privacy policy. Future versions may include advertising services, which will be disclosed upon implementation.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEEMOTI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
10. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
